Khan Do Kwan is a modern Indian martial arts and self-defense system created by Grandmaster Javed Khan, a 9th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and the founder of the International Progressive Taekwondo Federation (IPTF). Designed for realistic street fighting, personal safety, and law enforcement defense tactics, Khan Do Kwan is known for its simple, effective, and practical techniques that can be used in real-life situations.
Unlike sport martial arts, Khan Do Kwan focuses on street self-defense, combat efficiency, and survival skills. Its training methods emphasize natural body movements, situational awareness, and the ability to respond quickly under pressure.
